Because our items are made-to-order, please allow 10–15 business days from the end of the ordering window for production and fulfillment. Shipping times may vary based on your location and other external factors. Ghoul-Ambrose LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues for international shipments.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Ghoul-Ambrose LLC does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@ghoulambrose.com within 3 business days of receiving your item, and include your order number and photos of the issue.
