Shipping Policy

We offer $8 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $100.

$100+ orders receive free shipping automatically.

All orders ship via UPS Ground with full tracking and include up to $100 carrier liability insurance. Once your order is dropped off and scanned by the carrier, Ghoul-Ambrose is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or delayed packages. Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be handled through UPS.

 

Please note 

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 10–15 business days after the shop closes for production and shipment! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our hands. 🫂
