Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. 💯

 

If something’s not right, unworn and unwashed apparel — along with unused accessories — can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (issued as a digital gift card).

Because most of our pieces are made in limited runs, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we ask that you return the original and place a new order.

We do not cover return shipping costs. If you’d like to start a return, email us at hello@ghoulambrose.com — we’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Be sure to keep your tracking number and include your original packing slip in the package.

If a returned item shows signs of wear or wash, we won’t be able to issue a refund and the return will be sent back to you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 14 days. We’ll replace it or offer a comparable item at no extra cost. We may request a photo of the issue.
